• Located at 1915 17th Ave – 1.8 miles to Flight Safety and next to downtown Vero. 

• House includes 9 separate units all with their own ac unit, small kitchen and bathroom. 

• Limited Parking (6 spots) $715 for no parking spot. 

• $750 per single occupancy, this includes; 

•  Furniture, wifi, cable, water, sewer, electric, bike racks, outdoor picnic table, off road parking and laundry room.  

• Owner lives locally and will be quick with any maintenance requests. 

• Pets allowed, fees vary depending on type of animal. 

• Possibility of two people per room. Price will vary per unit. 

• Bug spray service every three months. 

• Monthly leasing with a 30 day notice of vacay. 

• 3 month minimum, after 3 months we will charge $200 per week.
